Stunning Living Room

Ahhh one of the best kept secrets was this gorgeous renovation in a grand Dublin home! We took this home from traditional to a simply stunning Studio McGee styled space for a lovely family of 4! 🤍⚜️

Elegant Kitchen

One of our best kept secrets…and it’s what kitchen dreams are made of ✨ This project was two years in the making and our clients were able enjoy their new sophisticated kitchen. It was an amazing collaboration with The Creative Kitchen Co. who executed our vision beautifully🤍⚜️

Modern Kitchen

This transformation made us giddy! Not only was this project an INCREDIBLE change, it was with some clients who are so near and dear🤍 We took their dark and dated first floor into a light & airy, peaceful space for their whole family to enjoy. The island is a stunning quarter sawn oak, a soft white quartz countertop mixed with villa artisan & hand painted tile backsplash. Paired with soft black barstools from The Pottery Barn and lantern pendants from Ballard Designs. 🤍⚜️

Wine Room

Envision yourself in a tasting room in Napa Valley with all of the best wine & conversation…oh that just sounds like heaven to the wino in me! Our goal was to create the same ambience in Ashley Ohio in a formally dated & never used dining room. This room is now a place to welcome guests and enjoy the wonders of wine in the heart of their home. 🤍⚜️🍷

Bedroom

Welcome to the modern primary oasis. While keeping the aesthetic of the home consistent, we added a dramatic focal wall, clean lines, fresh linens (hello the wonder that is Parachute Home) and natural wood dressers from RH (Restoration Hardware). Adding a pop of green always adds a burst of freshness! 🤍⚜️

Finished Basement

Let's take a tour of a basement that’s perfect for lounging, entertaining & gaming! The highlight of this space is the incredible barstools from Denver Modern 🤍⚜️

Modern Kitchen

Laundry Room

There is so much more to design than understanding your clients preferred style and functional needs. It’s finding out who they are, what they enjoy, what is special to them and what makes their home feel like a home. That is exactly how this laundry room/butler’s pantry in Powell Ohio was executed. We transformed a flex room into a spacious laundry room with plenty of space for her gardening hobby and the old laundry room into a Butler’s pantry. 🤍⚜️

Living Room

As we work through projects, I often forget what the “before” even looked like. We start to see the transformation and it’s exciting and wonderful but being wowed by the before and after often takes my breath away! This living room in Powell was no exception. Lighter walls, refaced fireplace, custom entertainment center and new accent furniture created a fresh, cozy, natural & organic room for all of the quality family gatherings 🤍⚜️

Modern Living Room

The Palmer House team worked so hard to transform our client’s living space into a modern work of art. We traded gray everything for Benjamin Moore Chantilly Lace Black with pops of natural wood, metal & heart throbbing boucle elements. It’s crisp and clean appeal truly makes for a one of a kind, stunning home! It’s really hard to put into words our appreciation to work on this incredibly fun & special project! 🤍⚜️

Office

I fully embrace when a client allows us creative freedom, go a little bolder and play with unique patterns. This Grahamand Brown wallpaper was no exception! It was the foundation of this home office design and we played into deep colors and textures. Important to note, this office was the original and extremely formal dining room. We built a wall in the foyer to enclose her new office space. 🤍⚜️
